At Rehab Aid Physiology, we want 1500 people with a spinal cord injury (SCI) and/or a back condition living an independent life with access to the community, whilst in less pain and fatigue by 2040.
Our team of exercise physiologists brings extensive experience in managing a wide range of chronic conditions and disabilities. We specialise in addressing chronic fatigue in those with a SCI. By utilising evidence-based research, we ensure each client receives individualised, effective care tailored to their unique needs.

While SCI is our primary area of expertise, we also have extensive experience working with individuals who find exercise challenging, including those with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities.

Kyra is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with over 5 years of experience supporting NDIS participants. She is the owner of Rehab Aid Exercise Physiology, where she has built an inclusive exercise service that focuses on management of chronic fatigue. Kyra holds a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science from Bond University and
Kyra is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with over 5 years of experience supporting NDIS participants. She is the owner of Rehab Aid Exercise Physiology, where she has built an inclusive exercise service that focuses on management of chronic fatigue. Kyra holds a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science from Bond University and a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University. Her passion lies in spinal cord injury hydrotherapy management and cancer care, and she holds a certificate in Ex-Med Cancer.
Ellie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from UQ with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours). She specialises in NDIS exercise management for our pediatric participants across the Eastern and Southern Brisbane suburbs, including Russell and Macleay Islands.
